The True Self
Have you been waiting for some time to re-evaluate your life? Now’s your chance! In the past 8 weeks, things have changed. Personally, it has given me a chance to move more slowly, and take the time to rethink the way I spend my time. I am self employed, and able to set my own schedule. In order to feel like I am contributing to the greater good, structure is needed. Or is it? Listening to my inner desires and motivations is a luxury that a small percentage of persons on this planet have. I am one of them. I have more than I need. I have more than most. I remind myself of this daily. I am not suffering.
I feel intense gratitude for this beautiful home (house and planet!) to live in/on, a loving family and friends to engage with (virtually or out in nature) and a pantry full of food. I am accustomed to going for long walks and hikes, and take refuge regularly in the lap of nature. I know how to live with less, and enjoy doing so. Taking a moment to acknowledge all that I have and send that feeling, that vibration out to the multitudes of persons who do not feel this way, is one small way I contribute. As other opportunities arrive, is my choice to respond when I can. Healing myself and others is the path I chose long ago. As long as I am true to myself on this journey, I will continue to have opportunities to be inspired to do so. But what is mine to do? Here is how I can be of service to you, or someone you know:
I would like to offer you an opportunity, to explore my coaching process based on Nature,..a tree. Together we will discover your inner path to peace, which is what happens when you engage from your “TRUE SELF” perspective. From the ground up, we will reconnect with your roots, strengthen your trunk, acknowledge your many individual branches and trim those limbs, to encourage greater growth in the direction you want to go. We will explore “crown shyness” and find support systems that will help your changes be sustainable. I will be happy to be your NATURE GUIDE in this process. We can meet on a Zoom call, or outdoors for a “walk and talk”. I have indoor space for movement also, if needed, but I would rather be out , wouldn’t you?
