Welcome to the Trager Introductory Workshop, where we invite you to embark on a journey of Mentastics self development and holistic healing. An introductory workshop can be 2 hours to 2 full days of guidance as we offer a profoundly simple yet transformative approach to body and mind awareness. I love facilitating a small group towards a deeper connection with the present moment.
