Spring Can Really Hang You Up The Most!

Spring is a time for new growth and movement! If you cannot get outside or if you cringe when you see lovers holding hands or kissing….then I guess you could get hung up. Celebrate the longer days with me as I lead a series of hikes beginning Sunday, March 20 at Battelle Darby Metro Park for Columbus Outdoor Pursuits https://outdoor-pursuits.org/ Follow the link to learn more, or go to Facebook and find us. Look for Sole Sisters of Columbus Outdoor Pursuits, or Columbus Outdoor Pursuits Backpacking. If you want to really get away, reserve May 14-15 for an overnight backpack, also at Battelle Darby, I’m leading but we’ll do it together! It will be an easy, 2 miles in, meeting on Sat around noon, camp overnight and hike out 4-5 miles on Sunday. Details given on request, and on social media I mentioned.

Can you feel the sap rising in your body
Be still and allow it to rise
The warmer temperatures make it so
Reach down to your ankles and sculpt up your leg
Paint a warm, amber color, the color of sap on your skin
Glide with soft hands all the way up to your ribs, armpit, arm, hand
Mirror this on the other leg, standing or sitting is ok
Feeling, sensing, softness and the thick sappiness of your cells
Be still and feel it moving through you, rising, rising
