Thanks to all of you who have trusted me with your growth and healing over the years!  With each interaction, I also am inspired to become clearer and healthier. Eat, drink and be merry!

Here is a picture from my last Mentastics class...we were balloon heads in the Macy's Day Parade!  Try it? Imagine you have a helium balloon head of your choice, close your eyes, and really get into it!  Then walk around the room, feeling the lift and gentle tug as you move around. What could be lighter?
